At Luchique Limited, we strive for customer satisfaction. That’s why we offer both the legal 14-day right of withdrawal and an additional customer benefit: our 60-day return guarantee on selected products. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Legal Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

You have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. After notifying us, you have an additional 14 days to return the product.

Conditions:

  • The product must be unused

  • It must be in its original condition and packaging

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs

  • Any loss in value due to use may result in a deduction from the refund

To initiate a return, please email contact@luchique.nl with your order number, reason for return, and (if applicable) photos of any damage.

2. Voluntary 60-Day Return Guarantee

On selected products, we offer an extended 60-day return guarantee. This is an additional service on top of the legal right of withdrawal. This guarantee does not apply to all products.

Excluded from the 60-day guarantee:

  • Underwear and lingerie

  • Tights

  • Hygiene-sensitive products

  • Personal care products

  • Products that show signs of use or damage

  • Final sale items

  • Bundle products (unless returned fully complete and undamaged)

Products eligible for this guarantee are clearly indicated on the product page.

3. Non-Returnable Products

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Underwear

  • Lingerie

  • Bikinis

  • Tights

  • Skincare and personal care products

  • Earrings

  • Any used, washed, or damaged items

4. Return Costs and Return Address

All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Returns may only be sent if the return request complies with the conditions stated in this policy and has been approved by our support team.

Average return costs start from €20, depending on the carrier and package size. We strongly recommend using a Track & Trace service, as we cannot be held responsible for lost returns.

Please do not return products without first contacting us via contact@luchique.nl and receiving return instructions.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, you will receive a confirmation email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days via the original payment method.

If you have not received your refund after processing, please check your bank account and contact us at contact@luchique.nl if needed.

6. Defective or Incorrect Product

Did you receive a defective or incorrect item? We will send you a replacement free of charge.

If the issue occurs a second time, you will receive a full refund.

7. Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled after they have been placed, as our system begins processing immediately.
